In this statement submitted to the Congressional record, we outlined employer perspectives on PBM reform and prescription drug affordability in connection with the April 22 House Education & Workforce Subcommittee hearing. The Business Group voiced our support for enhanced PBM transparency and disclosure requirements while cautioning against broad prohibitions and other policies that could limit employer plan design and fiduciary flexibility.
