DOL/EBSA Releases PBM Compensation Transparency Final Rule

DOL/EBSA finalized new PBM compensation disclosure and audit requirements for self-insured employer health plans, while clarifying their relationship to similar and overlapping Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 provisions passed by Congress earlier this year.
