Applicants are assessed on approaches to:
- Leadership, Culture and Well-being Strategy;
- Holistic Well-being;
- Engagement and the Employee Experience;
- Health Inclusion and Social Determinants of Health; and
- Metrics and Evaluation.
Applicants are encouraged to also nominate their company for recognition in the following categories:
- Excellence in Mental Health;
- Excellence in Health Inclusion;
- Excellence in Global Health & Well-being.
Members of Business Group on Health, as well as non-member companies, are welcome to apply.
